Back Yoga Care

Badminton

If you’re a fan of fast-paced fun, then Badminton is the game for you!

If you reside in Littleborough, why not enjoy a friendly game of this exciting sport with other over 50’s in your town? You don’t need any experience either - all abilities are warmly welcomed.

Badminton sessions will be held every Thursday from 9am to 12pm and will cost only £4 for members or £4.50 for non-members. And if that wasn't enough, once the session is over you can share stories over a hot cup of tea.

Inclusive Multi Sports

Multi-sports is a weekly session, rotating between six different types of sport-based activities, and is suitable for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and sensory disabilities over the age of 18.

It is inclusive and is designed to allow everyone to participate, make friends, and enjoy the session.

Watergrove Parkrun, Rochdale

What is Watergrove parkrun, Rochdale?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

When is it?
Every Saturday at 9:00am.

Where is it?
The event takes place at Watergrove Reservoir, Wardle Road, Ramsden Road, Wardle, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL12 9NJ. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.

How fast do I have to be? We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Watergrove parkrun, Rochdale needs you! It is entirely organised by volunteers - email watergrove@parkrun.com to help.
